Audio/Video desync

Hello everybody, I'm trying to make two AVI files into one without reencoding the audio streams. The main problem is that after I merge the two files with VirtualDub the audio stream is not syncronized. Could anybody help? P.S. This happens only with certain MP3 streams, not with all.

This can be the problem of VBR mp3.Please search forums as there are plenty of threads regarding this issue.For instance look the VDub/VDubMod FAQ:
