USB 3.0 Dual Video Adapter stopped working!

Has been using Targus USB3.0 Video Adapter for the past year & it stopped working 1 week ago. I'm using Asus G73S running on Windows 7

Hi, Please run through this troubleshooting guide: As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool: Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information" It's also worth trying the "System Compatibility Check" to see if anything is flagged up. Thanks, James

Downloaded driver but DLL fault prevented the driver from loading
