SERIAL NUMBER! SOMEONE AT CORPORATE HELP ME!!!

My stupid version of Pro-Tools keeps asking for the serial number. I have given every single number I have in multiple configurations, and it STILL calls it "invalid". Any suggestions?? Please help me soon. I've been trying for over a month to get a system set up, and am getting frustrated. Thanks, Justin.

It STILL doesn't work!! The code in the installation guide is a series of 5 words. I have the installation guide for version 5.0 for Macintosh, but am running version 5.1 on Windows. Any helps? Thanks a TON!

Uh, if you purchased 5.1 then you should have received a 5.1 install guide. The code is on the inside of the front cover. If you downloaded 5.1 from the Digi webstore, then your email receipt will have the 5.1 authorization code on it. DigiCS

also keep in mind thats its "case sensitive" meaning use small and upper case letters properly also their are 2 "spaces" in the serial the first one is after the "0" in DIGI0510_<--space, then their are 8 more digits then another "space" then the last eight digits,,, hope this helps TriAxis
