VCD help! The sides of the picture is being cut off!

I made a vcd out of a unliscensed fansub (AVI).... but the picture is being cut off... more on the sides that the top & bottom... is there anything I can do for this? I apologize if I'm asking something that's been asked before.... thx

what program are you using to convert to vcd, is the vcd viewed from your pc or dvd player, cause on my friend dvd player the picture gets cut off to, i'm guessing it's suppose to do that.

The TV screen cuts about 16 pixels of each border of the picture. Use FitCD resizing to add black borders on the four borders of the picture to avoid this.
