When I insert an audio into the project and change the bpm. The audio change speed. How do I make sure the audio stays the same?. Thanks.

Go into the properties of the item (double click) and change the playback rate to 1.0

Check the project timebase. I'm not sure but the default setting in REAPER will change the playback rate of an item so it matches the project's BPM. Starting froma certain version (I don't remember which),in the help menu, you could change this setting if you wished to.
