Hello! Help!

MessageAuthor

Dear Forum friends. I am totally new to Reaper. I just got a OpenLabs Neko LX5 which has Reaper V 2.53 (yes it's an old one) built in! - Since I find using it very interesting, I would like to know if anybody could tell me if there is a manual for that version! I have downloaded the v 4 MANUAL but i think it's not even close to the version I have. I'd like to start to know Reaper using this version I got here! tHANK YOU for your time and attention OZZ75

RE: Hello! Help!

That should be done with some care though, AFAIK the OL version contains customizations, track templates and stuff you maybe don't want to lose. Try a "portable" install to its own folder first so you still have the old version untouched. I think there's also a newer version available from OpenLabs. The current manual should be fine for old versions, many things were added since then but only few old things and basics changed.
