EQing around a typical stage dynamic mic for vocals

How could anyone judge this without hearing it?

You can easily get a decent condenser mic on ebay for like $50. I also agree with what someone else said, you don't want to boost any lows on vocals. Quite the opposite in fact, you should put a high pass filter on them and kill everything below 100hz.
