Anybody got their 003 trade-up?

I ordered a 003 unit via the trade-up program six weeks ago .. and it's still not available. Guitar Center has told me that Digi had some production delays and that they're giving the full-tilt retail sales priority over the trade-up program. Are they feeding me crap? ;-) If you got one, I'd appreciate hearing about it. thanks jeff

Sounds like dealer BS to me. My local GC has had 003R units in stock for 6 weeks. Not sure if they have some special arrangement for tradeup units. Maybe its time to chat with the manager(nicely of course).

The 003R's shipped right after launch. A LOT of people are still waiting for the 003 console modals though. I have yet to see a 003 at the Cleveland BanjoHut but they have had 003R's for months. I did see a actual 003 at a Sweetwater seminar here in town-so they do exist!

My dealer ordered mine May 10. It had to be ordered with a certain sku number for the trade-up, they couldn't just give me one off the shelf. I talked to them again this morning just to make sure I can still get the special pricing, as it probably won't be here before the 20th. They assured me that the order was in before the 20th, so I still get the deal (obviously) Did anyone else notice that they added the 002 and 002r to the trade-up list at the beginning of June ? Anyways, I'm still waiting for mine, along with sunburst79 and everyone else interested in some more benchmarks on the new core2quads. Mine's built and waiting..............

Thanks .. it's the console unit .. so that's probably why it's taking so long. Quite a lag in the production chain i must say. jeff
