aacgain problem

I'm having a problem with this program and I don't even know if they have an official forum (maybe I could use the mp3gain one, but it's quite unfair). I've tried to use aacgain on an album that I've made with ITunes and it was fine, but when I've tried it another one something was wrong, the program terminate in an abnormal mode. Nothing to do, I've placed the files at C:\ but it's the same....
