Memory Locations and PowerBooks

MessageAuthor

Is there a quick key that selects a memory location with powerbooks? On my desktop, I can toggle to my memory locations by pressing the memory location number followd by a period. I can't seem to get this on the laptop. Thanks

Use the 'fn' key along with the j,k,l/u,i,o/7,8,9. You could also go out and buy a usb keypad.

Enable the 'num lock' key - the series of letters w/numbers underneath them on your powerbook keyboard will then function like the number-pad on a normal keyboard.
